Our Panagarh plant is built on 39 acres of land and equipped with:

  • A 10.5-meter wide BOPET film line from Brückner Maschinenbau (Germany).
  • High-speed slitters from Kampf, offering advanced precision.
  • AluBond ® technology enabled vacuum metallizers from BOBST for superior metal adhesion.
  • In-house recycling unit converting 99.7% of waste into reusable granules.
  • This setup allows us to deliver world-class film quality with minimum energy consumption and maximum operational efficiency.

Panagarh BOPET Plant – West Bengal

Our flagship facility is located in Panagarh, West Bengal, within the Panagarh Industrial Park. This plant features a 10.5-meter-wide BOPET (Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate) film production line supplied by Brückner Maschinenbau.
Key features of the Panagarh BOPET line include:

  • 10.5-meter BOPET line from Bruckner Maschinenbau (Germany).
  • Primary & Secondary slitters from Kampf, equipped with ATC (Automatic Tension Control).
  • Metallization units from BOBST for superior metal adhesion and barrier properties.
  • Advanced recycling unit with 99.7% in-house waste recovery.
  • ETP + STP systems enabling Zero Liquid Discharge.
  • Integrated fire safety, automation, and quality control systems.

Future Expansion: BOPP Line in Jammu

Building on our success, we are in the process of setting up two 10.4-meter Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film lines in Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir. Scheduled for commercial launch in FY 2026–27, this facility will add 128,400 TPA to our overall capacity.
By FY 2026–27, our combined flexible packaging output will exceed 160,000 TPA, positioning Dhunseri Poly Films among India’s most capable and modernized packaging film manufacturers.
